With in-house specialists in all fields of management, construction, suppliers, POS systems and licensing, including 2 and 4COP liquor permitting, we have everything you need for success.

Bobby Sox was designed and built by Mr. Muir, the original owner/operator almost 35 years ago and is still in operation to this day August 4th 2025. With only 49 seats Bobby Sox generated more than 1.5 million in its first year and continues to generate significant income and profits for its current owners.

Penny's was designed and built by Gordon and Penny and opened in July of 2018. After hurricane Ian in 2022 we started renovations to a new location at 1121 Bal Harbor Blvd and opened a new concept which had a 1950's Diner on one side, serving breakfast and lunch and a 1920's Speakeasy on the other side, specializing in Steak and Seafood selections.
